Crossroads Credit Union Renovation
Preeceville, SK, 2024
Crossroads Credit Union asked WKA to modernize an existing and outdated Credit Union to meet their current service provision model and reflect their brand to the community. Crossroads Credit Union envisioned a more approachable and less transactional experience for their members and wanted the people of Preeceville to feel both valued and comfortable in the space. The renovation sought to achieve this by providing Member Service Stations with comfortable and inviting seating, sit stand desking to allow for casual standing conversation and seated discussion. Each station is lent a degree of privacy through acoustically treated curved dividers that allow confidentiality and comfort. Behind the dividers, an open layout allows staff to collaborate and communicate. The space was personalized to reflect the community it serves with a custom wall mural of the towns elevator accented by Crossroads Credit Union branding.
